Welcome! I’m Louise, a Counsellor with a unique perspective. I’m a fully qualified counsellor and an Accredited Registrant Member of the NCPS and BACP registered. What sets me apart is my 21 years of experience as a HCPC-registered paramedic. I’ve worked on the frontline, and I truly understand the immense pressures that come with it.

Being a frontline worker comes with its own set of emotional and mental challenges. From the demands of responding to emergency situations to the weight of traumatic incidents, it can often feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in. As someone who has lived and worked in this environment, I offer specialised counselling for front line workers that truly understands and supports your needs.

Having spent over two decades working as a paramedic, I’ve experienced the immense pressures you face every day. I know how frontline work can deeply affect your mental health and well-being. I’ve been there:
